Sure Fire Technical Services Ltd

Sure Fire has been designed and constructed specifically for training in the wood and solid fuel industry and was opened in November 2009. The Guild has adopted this outstanding facility as its centre of excellence for all its training courses. There are six fully working appliances and a variety of others for delegates to study. This includes three Biomass appliances which also run the heating system for the unit.

Candidates will receive practical training on all the chimneys and appliances which includes the open fire, stove, cooker and biomass installations.

The centre is also used by many existing Guild members wishing to further their knowledge, undertaking courses such as working at heights, CCTV and pressure testing, chimney systems and biomass training.

We believe all of this combined with the professionalism and friendliness of the Sure Fire staff (and a good lunch) makes this a unique facility for training in the UK.
