George and his son Josh are on the last leg of their round the world cycling trip, fundraising for children’s charity UNICEF. Chimney sweep colleagues will form an honorary “avenue of rods and brushes“ to cheer the intrepid duo across the finish line in Georges home village of Halvergate in Norfolk. By then, they will have been in the saddle for 400 days and peddled over 30,000 km.

Sweeps will gather at around 1pm to prepare for the grand finale at 2pm. Remember to bring your rod and brush , wear your sweeping gear and as many colourful badges as you wish. Everyone welcome!
Come and be part of something special. Local and national TV news will be there along with the The Guinness World Records™ verifier.
Our own documentary team will be there too and it’s set to be a great PR opportunity for any chimney sweep. We hope this extra publicity will help to raise even more for children’s charity UNICEF. Keep an eye on this page or Guild Facebook for further details and logistics for the day,
