    Suggested complaints procedure for Guild members. All good businesses have a procedure for customer complaints. You should not necessarily place the whole procedure on your websites etc. You simply need to indicate that you have a complaints procedure, indicate that this procedure will be supplied on request and give the various methods by which a customer can contact you to request the procedure
