The Guild has been working with Defra and others, helping to develop good consumer habits around domestic burning. Many sweeps will recognise that the new Defra ‘Burn Better’ campaign looks a lot like the Burnright Campaign information, but without such a good logo.
Professional chimney sweeps should always be aware that it is the individual sweep who has the greatest impact on how their customer uses their fuels and appliances.
