Exhibitor Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully
Participation Cost
The Contract Price cost of the stand space does not include any stand fittings or fixtures.
The Exhibitor must provide all necessary fittings and fixtures ensuring they are assembled in accordance with the fitting regulations.
Conditions of Payment
The Exhibitor shall pay a min 20% non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit of the Contract Price at the time of booking.
The Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject an application for a stand at the Exhibition as advertised as part of the Contract.
Please note additional conditions for booking a stand.
Only one L stand may be booked per company. L stands are intended to be an affordable option for smaller companies or for companies that require little demonstration space. The Guild reserves the right to limit L stands for that purpose only.
Companies, offering, or promoting training services or training centres must NOT advertise or promote chimney sweep training at the exhibition.
Cancellation/Termination
Upon cancellation/termination the Exhibitor shall remain liable for the Contract Price and pay the Organisers the following sums as agreed liquidated damages:
- If cancellation/termination is on or before 17/02/2025 the Exhibitor shall be liable for 20% of the total fee.
- If cancellation/termination is between 17/02/2025 and 17/03/2025 the Exhibitor shall be liable for 50% of the total fee.
- If cancellation /termination is after 17/03/2025 the Exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the total fee.
Cancellation of Exhibition
If the Exhibition is cancelled or suspended, either in whole or in part, by any cause not within the control of the Organisers, then the Organisers may at their discretion repay any fee paid by the Exhibitor, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such fee, and under no liability to the Exhibitor in respect of actions, losses, costs or expenses which may be brought against or incurred by the Exhibitor as the result of such cancellation.
“The Exhibitor” means all employees, personnel, contractors or agents of any company, partnership, firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting at the Exhibition.
“The Exhibition” means the event as named and dated within this literature
“The Organisers” means The Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps.
“The Contract Price” means the amount shown as the total cost payable by the Exhibitor
“The Contract” means the agreement made for allocation of space at the Exhibition between the Exhibitor and the Organiser.
Payment Methods
Stands can only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed trade stand booking form and a min 20% non-refundable / non-transferable deposit.

Details will be provided on our outstanding balance invoice, which will be sent out once booking confirmation is received. All stands must be paid for in full by within 30 days of invoice date, and prior to the Exhibition date.
Waste
Exhibitors are responsible for removal of all their own waste, cardboard, packaging, etc.

Recoheat – presentation on stove heat recovery: More heat, less fuel, lower emissions.
