Roast tomato, basil & oregano soup (V, VG, GF, DF)

Chicken and apricot terrine, confit onion jam, rocket and ciabatta croute (DF, GF option)

Smoked salmon and dill pate, bread and butter pickles, crispy capers and frisée salad (GF)

Mains:

Honey and mustard glazed pork loin, spring onion mash, roasted apple, and caramelised red onion gravy (GF)

Grilled seabass, lemon and parsley crushed potato cake and caper Beurre blanc (GF)

Maple harissa glazed Cauliflower steak, aloo jeera and green herb dressing (V, VG, GF, DF)

Deserts:

Raspberry and white chocolate tart, citrus crème fraiche (V)

Date and toffee pudding, vanilla cream and sesame brittle (V, VG, GF, DF)

Veg and fruit “bits and pieces” (cucumber, carrots, grapes and apple)

Chicken goujons and chips

Chocolate brownie and ice cream
