What does this mean for us? To prevent the campus from becoming a short barriers will be put in place from 7am-7pm daily, which will mean that you will not be able to drive through campus.
Access for traders and delegates to The Orchard Hotel / EMCC will be through the West Entrance. This is the main vehicle entrance to the University Park Campus. This entrance is at the junction of Beeston Lane and Woodside Road.
There is a large campus entrance sign for University Park and a security/gatehouse building. The Orchard Hotel and EMCC are approximately 250m past the entrance on the right hands side.
The venue has allocated us the top end of the upper carpark which will have security patrols between 10.00pm and 6.00am on Friday 20th March and Saturday 21st March 2026.
