Exhibitors Set-up

• Thursday 13^th April 7.00pm – 11.00pm  Exhibitors set-up commences in the Kenilworth Suite. See below for alternative Friday morning set-up.

Day 1- Friday 14^th April

• 7.00am Alternative exhibitors set up (All stands MUST be ready by 9.45am)
• 10.00am Trade Exhibition opens (Kenilworth Suite)
• 11.30am Seminar presentation, Cowl & Flue manufacturing in the UK + Q&A – Midtec  – Othello suite.
• 12.30pm – 1.30pm Lunch. Hot/cold buffet served in the Grange
• 1.30pm Seminar presentation – Seminar Presentation – The Heating APP – Digital booking and management. Othello suite
• 2.00pm Day 1 of the Van of the Year competition. Judging in the car park (Enter at the Guild registration stand. All vans to park in the service car park at the rear of hotel.
• 2.30pm Seminar presentation, Othello suite (TBC)
• 4.30pm (approx) Exhibition closes.

Day 2 – Saturday 15^th April

• 9.30am The Exhibition opens (Kenilworth Suite)
• 10.30am Seminar presentation – Sweep Certificates –  Digital booking and management. Othello suite
• 11.30 Seminar presentation – Recoheat – Pumped air heat recovery system. Othello suite
• 12.30pm – 1.30pm Lunch. Hot/cold buffet served in the Grange
• 1.30pm Day 2 – Van of the Year competition judging in the car park. Enter at registration stand. All vehicles to park in the service car park at the rear of the hotel
• 1.30pm – Seminar presentation – Seminar Presentation – The Heating APP – Digital booking and management. Othello suite
• 2.00pm Van of the Year winners announced in the Exhibition Hall
• 3.15pm Group photograph – all members and visitors welcome. Assemble in lobby area (off the back of the exhibition room)
• 3.30pm Trade Exhibition closes (Exhibition hall to be vacated by 5.30pm)
• 3.30pm (Prompt) Company AGM (Members only) in the Othello Suite
• 7.00pm – 1.00am Gala dinner, everyone welcome, booking required. Live jazz band (Frantas Magoria), famous charity raffle and disco. Evening meal is served from 7.30pm.

Additional information

• Coffee/Tea and snacks will be served in the Grange thoroughout the day.
• Regular PA announcments for seminars, competitions etc.
• The Guild photograher will be at the event throughout the day. Please stop him to sak for promotional or group shots.  Guild members can update their website profile photo on findachimneysweep.co.uk.
• Our resident cameraman / editor Barrie White will be interviewing and filming for future videos.
• The Exhibition room will be locked/secure at all other times.
• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
• Guests are able to check into the hotel from 3.00pm each day. Anyone checking out on the Saturday morning will need to do so by 11.00am.
• Free Prize draws/raffle tickets and door prizes will be availble at the show and the Gala Dinner.
